Data Networks Welcomes New Service Engineer, Hardware Repair and Deployment

Hunt Valley, MD – May 22, 2023 –Data Networks, a premier solution provider focused on simplifying enterprise IT for K-12 and higher education, government, healthcare, and mid-market commercial customers, is pleased to announce the addition of John Buck as Service Engineer, Hardware Repair and Deployment, to our Client Services team.

In this role, John is responsible for managing service tickets and working closely with our customers to troubleshoot and repair major brands of desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, and printers, ordering and returning parts as needed. John will also work on imaging, configuration, and deployment projects in our Configuration Center.

John possesses over two years of technical support experience and five years in customer service. Most recently, he held the role of PC Technician at Harford Community College, where he received help desk tickets, helping the faculty and staff with hardware issues. John was responsible for diagnosing computer hardware, printers, and projectors and reassembling computers and laptops.

John holds a CompTIA A+ certification and is pursuing his Network + certification. John’s customer-focused approach and technical understanding will make a great addition to the Data Networks team.
