As our new Inside Sales Representative, Mike will take the lead in identifying and evaluating opportunities with potential customers. Mike’s main objective is to initiate meaningful discussions and offer valuable insights into how Managed IT Services can optimize operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

Mike demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise during his tenure as a student and Team Lead for the Information Systems Capstone Project at Towson University, where he oversaw the development and implementation of an advisor/advisee email automation system and database optimizing client processes. Mike’s background includes serving as Lead Technology Consultant for the SIGMA CHI fraternity, Kappa Pi Chapter.

As the founder of an IT Consulting company, Mike is attuned to providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service. His Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Towson University further solidifies his expertise.
