Will Lewis

Will joined Data Networks in 2022 as Director of Managed IT and Client Services. In this role, he is responsible for managing internal and external resources to track and complete project deliverables for Data Networks’ Client Computing and Managed IT services, with an enhanced focus on improving our current Managed IT Service offering.

Will brings over 20 years of leadership experience to this position, including 11 years of management and director-level experience in IT and managed IT services. Most recently, in his role with Complete Document Solutions, Will created and documented a complete Managed IT Service offering, including processes, metrics, vendor and partner relationships, and training and establishing a team. In addition to building the Managed IT Services offering, he also conducted the on-site business, metrics, and planning reviews with Managed IT customers, and provided support throughout the sales cycle including prospecting, introductory meetings and presentations, assessments, and SOW creation.

Prior to his work with Complete Document Solutions, Will served as a Business Development Manager with PC Connection, as well as Director of ISG Service with Electronic Systems Inc., where he initially started as Service Manager.

Among his many accomplishments, including the ITIL v3 Foundations Certification, Will has over a decade of experience in the US Army where he received numerous medals and achievements for his service. In addition to his accolades, Will holds an Associate of Science degree from Lincoln Trail Community College as well as a Russian Language Linguist Certification from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
