Daryl Burch
Daryl Burch joined Data Networks in 2025 as a Strategic IT Planning Consultant on the Managed IT Services team, bringing more than 20 years of experience in managed services, IT strategy, service delivery, and client relationship management. In his role, Daryl serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping organizations align their technology investments with business objectives through strategic IT planning, technology roadmap development, budgeting, and resource planning.
Prior to joining Data Networks, Daryl served as Vice President of Business Development and Operations at Burch Tutoring, LLC, where he led technology modernization initiatives, streamlined onboarding processes, and introduced automation and artificial intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency and client retention. His work included leading migrations to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to enhance collaboration and business operations.
Previously, Daryl served as Director of Service Delivery at Omegacor Technologies, where he oversaw Help Desk, Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), and engineering teams. In this role, he focused on improving service delivery, maintaining service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, and implementing technology solutions to optimize operational performance. He also established strategic business review programs, developed IT roadmaps, and guided clients through technology planning and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Daryl held several progressive leadership positions at Dataprise, advancing from Senior Network Engineer to Director of Service Delivery. Throughout his tenure, he gained extensive experience in technical consulting, virtual CIO (vCIO) services, program management, and managed services operations, helping organizations improve their IT environments and align technology strategies with long-term business goals.
Daryl holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the University of Phoenix. He also holds certifications in Strategy Execution and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, as well as the ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
