Debbie Free

Debbie Free joined Data Networks in 2020 as Controller, a role for which she is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, internal control, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting and forecasting, and treasury management. In January 2026, Debbie was promoted to Data Networks’ Director of Accounting in recognition of her demonstrated leadership, financial expertise, and deep commitment to operational excellence. In her expanded role, Debbie will continue to oversee accounting operations while helping guide the company’s financial strategy and growth. This promotion reflects Data Networks’ confidence in Debbie’s contributions and her continued impact on the organization’s success.

To Data Networks, Debbie brings 25+ years of accounting experience, including 17 years of management experience. Debbie’s experience includes Director of Accounting for North Oaks Senior Living Community and Accounting Manager at Black Oak Associates, Inc. Prior to these positions, Debbie also worked as a Senior Accountant.

Debbie holds a CPA and has a BS in Accounting from Towson University.
