Data Networks Announces New Human
Resources Manager Mallory Kola

Hunt Valley, MD – March 24, 2020 – Data Networks, a premier solution provider focused on simplifying enterprise IT for education, government, and commercial customers, is pleased to announce the addition of Human Resources Manager Mallory Kola, PHR, SHRM-CP.

In this new role, Mallory reports directly to CEO Patrick Regan and is responsible for supporting Data Networks in further developing its talent, culture, and HR processes.

Data Networks is thrilled to have Mallory join its management team. As a highly regarded senior human resources leader, Mallory’s strategic insight, interpersonal skills, and team-focused approach will benefit the Company’s continued growth.

Mallory brings more than 12 years of human resources experience to this position, most recently as Associate Director of Human Resources at Goucher College, where she worked since 2011. Her responsibilities included employee relations, benefit selection and administration, compliance, onboarding, HRIS administration, and recruitment.

Prior to her work at Goucher College, Mallory was the Human Resources Generalist for the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel where she handled employee relations, benefits, and other HR duties for 150 employees.

Mallory is a graduate of Goucher College and has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Dance, with a concentration in Arts Administration.
