Data Networks Welcomes Daryl Burch as New Strategic IT Planning Consultant

Hunt Valley, MD – November 21, 2025 – Data Networks, a premier provider of enterprise IT solutions for education, government, and mid-market commercial customers, is pleased to announce the addition of Strategic IT Planning Consultant, Daryl Burch, to the Managed IT Services team. As a part of the Managed IT Services team, Daryl will be responsible for driving client success, acting as a trusted advisor to align clients’ IT infrastructure with their business goals.

Daryl brings over 20 years of experience in managed services, specializing in service delivery, client success, and operational excellence. Most recently, Daryl served as VP of Business Development and Operations at Burch Tutoring, LLC, where he streamlined onboarding processes, introduced automation and AI tools to boost client retention, and led technology modernization initiatives, including migration to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

Prior to that, Daryl was Director of Service Delivery at Omegacor Technologies, overseeing Help Desk, NOC, SOC, and engineering teams, driving SLA compliance, and implementing MSP toolsets such as ConnectWise, ITGlue, Datto RMM, Auvik, and Power BI to enhance operational efficiency. Daryl also established and led a QBR program, created technical roadmaps, and guided compliance programs to ensure regulatory alignment for clients.  

Before joining Omegacor Technologies, Daryl held several progressive roles with Dataprise, where he began as a Senior Network Engineer and was promoted to Program Management/vCIO, Service Delivery Manager, Associate Director, and ultimately held the role of Director of Service Delivery.

Daryl holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the University of Phoenix. Daryl also holds certifications in Strategy Execution and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online as well as his ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
