Data Networks Welcomes New Service Desk Engineer

Hunt Valley, MD – June 4, 2025 – Data Networks, a premier provider of enterprise IT solutions for education, government, and mid-market commercial customers, is pleased to announce the addition of a Level II Service Desk Engineer, Isaiah Fletcher to the Managed IT Services team. As a part of the Managed IT Services team, Isaiah will be responsible for assisting and supporting our clients with everyday IT needs and ensure continuous IT operations.

Prior to joining Data Networks, Isaiah most recently held the role of Senior Service Desk Analyst & Team Trainer with Venable Law Firm. As the primary escalation point and senior analyst, Isaiah diagnosed and resolved complex end-user support calls and tickets, delivered onboarding training, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to new service desk analysts, and designed and implemented ServiceNow templates to standardize ticket logging, workflows, and knowledge base entries.

Isaiah also has experience as an Information Tech Specialist with Park West Health Systems, and prior to that, several years of experience working with Fiercetek, a managed services provider, where he delivered remote and onsite technical support across a variety of industries and IT environments.

Prior to these roles, Isaiah served in the Army National Guard as an IT Specialist and graduated from Virginia Beach Technical Career and Education Center, studying Electronics and Robotics. He also holds certifications in Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, and HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR).

We’re excited to welcome Isaiah to the DNI team as our new Service Desk Engineer! He’ll be playing a key role in supporting our clients with day-to-day technical needs and helping to ensure seamless IT operations across the board.
