
Dana Dorn
Dana Dorn joined Data Networks in January 2026 as a Commercial Account Executive. In her role, Dana is responsible for new account development and expansion of existing accounts in the private sector midmarket commercial space. In addition to driving sales, Dana also cultivates and maintains professional relationships with her clients and leads discussions for new IT solutions that emphasize reliability and sustainability.
Dana brings extensive expertise in client onboarding, account management, and process improvement. Over nearly a decade at Element Fleet Management, Dana led Client Onboarding and New Business Implementation, introduced quality checkpoints, and facilitated the transition to a hybrid project management model. Additionally, she managed the Fleet Partnership Solutions team, serving large fleet clients and utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools to enhance customer success metrics, drive operational efficiencies, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Dana’s other roles at Element included positions in the Continuous Improvement Group and managing the Connected Solutions team. Earlier in her career with Element, she managed the Sales Support and Proposal Team, coordinating bid packets and sales presentations to support business development. Prior to Element, Dana held business development and account management roles at PHH Arval and Tessco Technologies, and advanced through various positions at the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center.
In addition to her experience, Dana holds a Bachelor of Humanities in Communications from Penn State University and certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP).
