
Mallory Kola
Mallory Kola, PHR, SHRM-CP joined Data Networks in 2020 as Human Resources Manager, a role for which she is responsible for supporting Data Networks in further developing its talent, culture, and HR processes. In January 2026, Mallory was promoted to the company’s Director of Human Resources in recognition of her continued focus on strengthening the organization’s people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the company’s continued growth. In her new role, she will continue to lead Data Networks’ human resources function with an expanded focus on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This promotion reflects Data Networks’ confidence in Mallory’s leadership and her meaningful contributions to the company’s success.
Mallory brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to this position. Prior to joining Data Networks, Mallory held the role of Associate Director of Human Resources at Goucher College, where she work since 2011. Her responsibilities included employee relations, benefit selection and administration, compliance, onboarding, HRIS administration, and recruitment.
Prior to her work at Goucher College, Mallory was the Human Resources Generalist for the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel where she handled employee relations, benefits, and various other HR processes. Mallory also served as Interim Director of Human Resources.
Mallory holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and SHRM-CP certification as a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a graduate of Goucher College and has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Dance, with a concentration in Arts Administration.
