Data Networks Welcomes New Team Members in Sales, Finance, and Managed IT

Hunt Valley, MD – March 11, 2022 – Data Networks, a premier solution provider focused on simplifying enterprise IT for education, government, and mid-market commercial customers, is pleased to announce the additions of Sales Director Gary Campbell, Finance Administrator Michelle Cassady, and Technology Alignment Manager Rick Zaborowski.

Director of Sales: Gary Campbell

Gary brings nearly 30 years of sales leadership experience to Data Networks. Prior to joining the company, Gary was the Director of Solutions Sales, Sales Operations, and Training with Complete Document Solutions (CDS) where he was responsible for the oversight of all aspects of Managed Print and IT Services sales, including expanding the customer base, recruiting, hiring, and training. He worked closely with senior leadership to build and implement company-wide sales management and training processes, and implemented a new sales system across seven locations, training sales managers and their teams. Prior to his work with CDS, he held the role of General Manager with Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI) where he developed ESI’s DC Metro territory, created development plans for sales representatives, and assisted in the creation and communication of key business strategies. He has also held additional sales leadership positions where he played a critical role in strategic planning, training, and process development. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Randolph Macon College.

Finance Administrator: Michelle Cassady

With 12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, Michelle brings a wealth of  knowledge to her new role at Data Networks. She most recently held the position of Finance Manager with Key Point Health Services Inc, where she was responsible for the oversight of the accounts payable department, deposits and transfers, client income statements, general ledger, and training on the company’s accounting software. Michelle received her Associate in Arts degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Harford Community College, and she is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business with the University of Maryland Global Campus. She also plans to obtain a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Technology Alignment Manager: Rick Zaborowski

In his most recent role prior to joining Data Networks, Rick was Senior Solutions Engineer and Technical Account Manager with Klik Solutions.  At Klik, Rick worked with engineers to evaluate, plan, and implement projects to bring clients into alignment with established standards, and planned updates and budgets for client IT needs.  Prior to his work with Klik, Rick held the role of Director of Field Services with Clinton Learning Solutions, Director of Projects with Helion Technologies, and IT Director with BrightPort Managed Services.  In each role, Rick managed teams and developed and implemented numerous policy and procedural improvements, both team-specific and company-wide, and led a variety of internal and external projects.  Prior to these positions, Rick worked as a Senior Technical Architect and Client Team Lead for USI/AT&T, where he delivered and managed technical environments for multiple clients encompassing thousands of users, supporting over 400 physical and virtual machines, and various applications and platforms housed in data centers around the world. Rick studied Computer Science at Pennsylvania State University.
