Laptop and Desktop Project
Computer Deployment for Maryland Public School District
In August, Data Networks supplied 30 Dell Mobile Precision 3571 workstation laptops, 28 Dell OptiPlex 3000 desktop computers with 20″ Dell monitors, and 28 Dell Precision 3660 workstation computers with 20″ Dell monitors to this northeastern Maryland-located Public School District as part of their Laptop and Desktop Project. This deployment included Data Networks’ Configuration Services, including image replication, testing, and deployment on all devices, as well as asset tagging, inventory reporting, domain configuration, and packaging and delivery. Data Networks also performed onsite installation of the new devices in addition to deinstallation of existing computers. These devices also include Data Networks’ Hardware Repair Services, where our Configuration Center team manages replacement part order and delivery, onsite technician repairs, and Service Desk Support.
