Microsoft SQL Server Refresh and Host Server Storage Expansion for Local Biopharmaceutical Company

Q3 2021

This local biopharmaceutical company needed a SQL server refresh and to increase their local capacity, as well as a properly documented SQL server built as a VM in Hyper-V. Data Networks developed a solution to deploy additional storage to a new Dell PowerEdge R440 host server and configured the storage as a resource accessible by the Hypervisor, providing a new instance of SQL with fresh licensing and additional capacity to the local host, with the added ability to rapidly adopt new platforms.
