Windows Server 2019 Upgrade

Domain Controllers Upgrade to Windows Server 2019 for Local Prep School

Q3 2021

In July, a local Maryland prep school’s domain controllers were running older versions of the Windows Server OS (2016), which is no longer supported under Microsoft mainstream support. The school needed to update the existing domain controllers to Windows Server 2019 with the latest update while maintaining services availability. Data Networks performed the Windows Server 2019 upgrade while preserving the school’s existing roles, services, features, configurations, and data, with no interruption in service throughout the update process.
