TJ Rashid

TJ Rashid joined Data Networks in 2023 as the MSP Services Manager responsible for providing leadership to our Managed IT Services team, including Service Desk and Technology Alignment Management, and overseeing and optimizing the managed IT services delivery process. In January 2026, TJ was promoted to the company’s Director of Managed Services Delivery, recognizing his key role in advancing service delivery excellence, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational consistency across Data Networks’ managed services portfolio. In this new role, he will oversee the strategy and execution of managed services delivery, with a continued focus on scalability, performance, and customer satisfaction. This promotion reflects TJ’s strong leadership and his ongoing contributions to the company’s growth and success.

TJ has more than ten years in the IT industry, with over six years in technical leadership roles. Most recently, TJ held the role of Senior Program Manager at Red River Technologies, where he was responsible for managing the healthcare vertical of managed IT services, including client relationships and contract negotiations. In addition, he led cross-functional teams to implement new management structures and successful launches of SaaS platforms, resulting in significant efficiency improvements for the company and its customers.

Prior to his work with Red River Technologies, TJ worked as a Global Technology Manager with the international law firm Dentons. In this role, he led the implementation of a new global IT strategy while also managing a cross-border team of eight technical experts, providing guidance for successful project delivery. Additionally, he successfully oversaw the development and launch of Microsoft Azure/Intune, resulting in a 20% reduction in ticket escalations in its first year of release and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
