Data Networks Now an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP)

Hunt Valley, MD – February 10, 2015 – Data Networks, a leading provider of technology solutions to education, government, and mid-market commercial customers, is pleased to announce its recent elevation to Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) status, building on its current Apple Consulting Network (ACN) and General Service Provider (GSP) designations.

As an AASP Data Networks can now provide repair services to all Apple customers, including public sector and commercial organizations, onsite or at the company’s Maryland-based hardware repair center. The company is authorized for repair services on all Mac, iPad, iPod and Apple TV devices, including:

• Apple Warranty and Non-Warranty repairs
• Genuine Apple parts
• AppleCare Extended Service Agreements and products

All services are performed by certified Apple technicians trained specifically to perform diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs. Certifications include:

• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
• Apple certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC)
• Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)
• Mobility Competency (MTC Plus)
• CompTIA Network+
