Data Networks Welcomes David Hitt as New Account Executive

Hunt Valley, MD – March 22, 2021 – Data Networks, a premier solution provider focused on simplifying enterprise IT for education, government, healthcare, and commercial customers, is pleased to announce the addition of Account Executive David Hitt to its Maryland-based sales team.

In this new role, David will focus on presenting the Data Networks solution portfolio and providing product/services knowledge and support to both state + local government and healthcare organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

David brings over 20 years of sales and account management experience to this position, of which 15 were spent in technical sales roles. Most recently, David worked as a senior account executive with CyKor, LLC, an Annapolis-based information technology consulting firm serving both private and public sectors. While at CyKor, David managed existing customers, increased retention, and developed and executed a coordinated strategy for expanding territory reach.

Prior to his work at CyKor, David held account management positions with Anchor Technologies and Mavenspire, where he used a consultative selling approach to grow key accounts and identify new opportunities in both government and healthcare.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from University of Maryland College Park and is a member of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce.
