Hunt Valley, MD – October 5, 2026 – Data Networks, a premier provider of enterprise IT solutions for education, government, and mid-market commercial customers, is pleased to announce that Mike Moscato has joined the company as Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) on the Managed IT Services team. In this role, Mike will work closely with clients to evaluate their IT environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure their technology infrastructure aligns with industry best practices, security standards, and long-term business objectives.

Mike brings more than a decade of experience in managed IT services, infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, and client technology consulting. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong technical foundation supporting cloud and on-premises environments, implementing security solutions, and helping organizations improve the reliability, efficiency, and security of their IT operations. His combination of hands-on engineering expertise and client-focused consulting experience makes him a valuable addition to Data Networks’ Managed IT Services team.

Most recently, Mike served as a Systems Engineer with IntegraMSP, where he was responsible for designing, managing, and supporting scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure. In this role, he led Tier 3 technical escalations, performed root cause analysis, supported disaster recovery initiatives, and contributed to Security Operations Center (SOC) and SOC 2 compliance-related activities. He also developed scripts to automate system deployments, onboarding, and configuration processes, helping streamline IT operations and improve service delivery.

Beyond his technical responsibilities, Mike played an important role in helping clients align their technology investments with organizational priorities. Through regular technical account management reviews, he evaluated client environments, identified opportunities for improvement, and helped develop technology recommendations supporting long-term business goals. He also contributed to the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies while assisting with the mentoring and development of technical team members.

Prior to IntegraMSP, Mike spent five years as an IT Support and Field Engineer with Decisive Data Systems, where he provided direct technical support and assisted with infrastructure projects across a variety of client environments. His responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, deploying hardware and software, configuring secure network devices, and supporting projects ranging from individual workstation installations to site-wide technology refreshes. This experience helped establish his strong foundation in client service, infrastructure management, and technical project delivery.

Mike’s technical expertise spans Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, firewall management, endpoint detection and response (EDR), threat analysis, scripting, project management, and technical account management. He holds an Associate Degree in Information Technology from Harford Community College and has earned a CompTIA AI certification, reflecting his continued interest in emerging technologies and professional development.

As Technology Alignment Manager, Mike will work alongside Data Networks’ Managed IT Services engineers and strategic IT consultants to assess client technology environments, promote alignment with established IT and cybersecurity standards, and identify opportunities to strengthen infrastructure performance, security, and operational efficiency. His experience will help Data Networks continue delivering proactive, strategic technology guidance that enables clients to maximize the value of their IT investments.
