Data Networks Welcomes Mason Keene as New Service Desk Engineer
Hunt Valley, MD – June 1, 2026 – Data Networks, a premier provider of enterprise IT solutions for education, government, and mid-market commercial customers, is pleased to announce that Mason Keene has joined the company as a Service Desk Engineer II on the Managed IT Services team. In this role, Mason will leverage his technical expertise and customer-focused approach to deliver responsive support, resolve complex IT issues, and help ensure clients receive the reliable technology services needed to support their day-to-day operations.

Mason returns to Data Networks after previously supporting the Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) network modernization project that began in the summer of 2025. During the project, he played an important role in network installation, configuration, and deployment activities across numerous school sites. His technical abilities, professionalism, and commitment to project success made a lasting impression on both clients and team members, and Data Networks is excited to welcome him back in a full-time capacity.
Mason brings valuable experience supporting users and systems in client-facing IT environments. He has developed a strong foundation in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, endpoint support, and core networking technologies. Most recently, he served as a Service Desk Technician with DTC, Inc., where he worked in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. His ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience has been a consistent hallmark of his work.
Throughout his career, Mason has demonstrated a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning. His hands-on experience supporting end users, combined with his strong troubleshooting skills and collaborative approach, make him a valuable addition to the Managed IT Services team.
In addition to his professional experience, Mason holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications and is currently pursuing his Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
