In this new role, Chris will focus on providing exceptional customer service and support to K-12 and mid-market commercial customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Chris brings 15 years of sales and customer service experience to this position, most recently as Client Services Manager at Prometric, a Baltimore-based provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions, where he managed a $10 million account base of key accounts including the American Dental Association and the Medical Council of Canada.
Prior to that role, Chris utilized his broad technical knowledge, extensive management experience, and strong customer service skills in various roles including Business Development Executive at Unitec Distribution Systems, Inc. and Development Executive at TESSCO Technologies.
