Matt Castanera-Bartoszek

Solutions Architect

Matt Castanera-Bartoszek joined Data Networks in 2021 as the Solutions Architect responsible for consulting on the company’s Managed IT and Client Services solutions, with a focus on delivering technical insights as part of the design phase in the solutioning process. He provides product and services knowledge and support to both customers and internal subject matter experts to design complex, multidimensional IT solutions.

Matt brings over 20 years of experience to this position, most recently as the Director of Technology at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, MD, where he provided leadership and assumed management responsibility for the direction, coordination, integration, and implementation of technology across the 50-acre campus and its associated buildings, departments, and 1,200 students.

Prior to that role, Matt held similar leadership positions at Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School and Beauvoir, The National Cathedral Elementary School, where he made significant impacts in the development and improvement of their respective technology departments. In addition, Matt brings Solutions Consultant and Solutions Engineer experience from his time with Carousel Industries, where he worked in a pre-sales capacity for consultative design engagements for primary and secondary education, small and mid-sized businesses, and enterprise customers.

Matt holds A+ and Network+ certifications with Comp TIA, along with other well-known certifications, including those from Cisco Meraki, Microsoft, Veeam, and VMware, among others.
